From Perth to Albany in 4 days - that's what travel agencies usually offer when you ask for a trip to see the area between these two cities at Australia 's West Coast. Me it took 23 days as a hitchhiker. These "wasted" 19 days brought me one of the best times in my life. Beside wonderful nature I experienced how it is to navigate a real airplane, learned how to surf, felt like a bird during a paragliding course and had much fun with other backpackers and locals. |
