AmoK - The Art of Coding AmoK is a project started in 1997. At that time I was interested in security related stuff and together with six friends I began reverse engineering of software programs. In the next years about 2000 patches has been released by AmoK and the website got up to 5000 visitors a day. Due to other projects - such as the GSM-Schutzengel (see above) - and starting my studies at university AmoK has been paused for some years. Meanwhile a couple of friends and me are using AmoK for releasing some self developed software tools. As AmoK is a non commercial and "just for fun" project these tools are offered for free. Navig8.to - Free Subdomain Service Navig8.to is a free subdomain service developed in 1999 with a friend of mine. This service - comparable to services like come.to, de.vu or kickme.to - offers everyone the possibility to sign up for a free short URL (subdomain or virtual directory) like www.navig8.to/your-name. This short URL will forward to an arbitrary longer url one might have because his (free) webspace provider offers only URLs like http://freewebspace-provider.com/-users/category/your-name/start.htm.
However, Navig8.to is based on MySQL and about 10.000 lines of PHP-Code and offers some nice features that no other services offer. More...
